Appointments can be made by phone or online via my health 1st. Appointments usually go for 20 minutes but we can make longer appointments on patient’s request
Our GPs are delayed sometimes by patients with urgent or complex conditions, and we apologise and thank you for your patience and understanding but please let reception know if you would like to switch to another doctor and be seen earlier.

Sunshine Hospital 176 Furlong Road, St Albans, 3021, VIC Walk-Ins We do require patients to make an appointment but Dr Frank does take walk ins between 9am-11am and 2pm-4pm but appointments do have priority. | Dr Tah Wei Hau and Dr Crystal Zhao do not accept walk ins unless is urgent e.g. allergies, rash, chest pains or if patient doesn’t have any medications left for the day. After Hours For after hours appointments, please call - 13SICK7425 Home Visits Unfortunately, our doctors don't do home visits. |
