• BULK BILLING applies to all Current Medicare Card Holders & Veteran Affairs.
• NON-MEDICARE please contact our clinic.
• There are also treatment room fees, the clinic will inform you if needed.
• Podiatry and Physiotherapy visits will be bulk billed with EPC referral (Enhanced Primary Care) only.
• Private visits: Please call our clinic to enquire.

  AFTER HOURS CARE

  This medical centre uses 13 SICK After Hours Doctor Service.  They can be contacted on 13 74 25 for afterhours attendance. Home visits are available through 13 SICK every night, weekends and public holidays. 

  HOME VISITS

  We offer home visits for regular and frail patients of the clinic who meet the criteria as per our policies and procedures.

  USE OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

  Burnside Medical Centre does not routinely use e-mails as a form of communication. We only use emails on patient's request after patient's consent has been obtained.
